Meet the Team
Roz Chandler and the people who make Field Gate Flowers run.
Roz Chandler founded Field Gate Flowers over twelve years ago after a career as a Sales and Marketing Director. Today she spends her time between the farm, the kitchen table (writing) and the studio (recording The Cut Flower Podcast).
A small, dedicated team joins her on the farm during the growing season, helping with harvests, wedding deliveries, funeral arrangements and the workshop programme.
